Reunion Weekend at a Glance

Friday evening, Sept. 19, 2025 - Mini golf, food and drinks at the Paramus Golf Course (pay-as-you-go at the Club).

Saturday afternoon, Sept. 20, 2025 - Hermitage tour and lunch, with music (complementary, no ticket required).

Saturday night, Sept 20, 2025 - Ridgewood Country Club dinner, music and dancing (ticket required, purchase at website Store).

Sunday late morning, Sept 21, 2025 - Duck Pond meet-up for chatting, hiking, and light lunch (informal, no ticket required).

Note: all activity venues are handicapped accessible.

Friday night - Paramus Golf Course and Mini Golf

On Friday evening Sept. 19 2025, for those arriving early, meet for games & dinner at the on-site restaurant. Food and golf is complementary (to include vegetarian and gluten-free options), and drinks will be available for purchase. Payable at the Club, no advance ticket required.

Saturday afternoon - special access group tour with lunch & music at the historic Hermitage

On Saturday afternoon, September 20, 2025, from 12 noon - 3pm gather at The Hermitage for a Docent-led tour, lunch, and live music by Ed Alstrom. The 18th century Hermitage House where Aaron Burr married Theodosia Bartow Prevost and George Washington hitched his horse out front.

Complementary, no ticket required.

Saturday night - socializing with dinner & music at the Ridgewood Country Club

On Saturday night, Sept. 20th 2025, from 6-10pm we are having a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres, a delicious buffet dinner (including a vegetarian and gluten-free option), a DJ with dancing, and a photo booth. The bar is a CASH ONLY - beer ($7-8), wine ($10), cocktails($15).

NOTE: Cocktail attire. Dress code is strictly enforced at the Club - NO JEANS, and a jacket is required for men.

Sunday late morning - walk along the Duck Pond and Saddle River Trails.

Sunday morning, September 21, 2025 between the hours of 11am - 2pm, we are meeting informally at the Duck Pond for chatting, hiking, and refeshments.

Question: Why has the name been changed from Duck Pond, as we all knew it, to WILD Duck Pond?

In 2022, the Bergen County Parks Department celebrated the completion of its ecological restoration project at the Saddle River County Park Wild Duck Pond. The project addressed the environmental degradation of the pond itself, including the creation of wetlands and the reintroduction of native plants.
